Greg Leisgang, President of Tri-County Heating & Cooling, was inducted into the Carrier Dealer Hall of Fame in March 2009. Greg joins only five other people who have ever received this honor from Carrier.

In lean times as well as the prosperous, these dealers have demonstrated an unwavering determination to be of service, to "give back," and to stand behind each promise to their associates, employees, customers, and communities."
Throughout his career, Greg has held fast his commitment to service, not only to the HVAC industry nationwide, but also to his customers. With a focus on technology, Greg has continued to keep up with the latest information and incorporate the most advanced tools in his company -- and he has shared this knowledge and understanding, earning him recognition and the utmost respect from his peers.
JonLe Heating & Cooling, founded by Greg's father, John Leisgang, initially focused on installation of lower-end brand HVAC products in the higher volume residential new construction market. After graduating with a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Cincinnati, Greg joined JonLe full-time. He helped turn the company from a 100 percent RNC company to a 50 percent RNC/ 50 percent Add-on Replacement company, with a strong sales emphasis on higher-end product offerings.Greg was also instrumental in helping the service end of the business grow, and in streamlining processes and operations.
Greg became president of JonLe in 1987. Since that time, JonLe Heating & Cooling has earned many awards, including ACCA Quality Contractor of the Year in 1993, and the coveted Carrier Distinguished Dealer Award in 1996.
Through the years, Greg has been very active in the American Cooling Contractors Association. He served as president of the local Cincinnati chapter and served on numerous ACCA task teams and has been on the National Board of Directors since 1998. He's held positions on the executive committee since 2000 and was elected the ACCA national Senior Vice Chairman 2004-05. He was elected president in 2005 and currently is on the board as past ACCA National Chairman.
Greg has also held many Carrier Corporation leadership roles. He was part of the original Carrier Dealer Advisory Group and has participated on a number of Carrier Product Partners in Development groups. He has been very influential while working with all past Carrier Corp. presidents since 1987, and has developed close personal relationships with them all.
Greg is also highly involved with many charitable organizations in the Greater Cincinnati Area and is an avid supporter of his beloved University of Cincinnati Bearcats and Elder High School Purple Panthers.
